Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Click here! And introduce the information in the advanced search, select your transfer according to the number of passengers and complete the form.

After the booking, we will provide a travel voucher with all the accurate information you require in order to enable you to present the driver upon arrival at the airport, cruise port, or zone of the Dominican Republic you have chosen.

Availability – I cannot find a route or capacity I want to book. What to do?

Check our Destinations. If you can’t find a route or capacity that meet your need, please contact us: info@transfersinoutdr.com

Due to low availability and reservation, larger groups need to contact us first, to make it available for you.

How do I pay for my transfer?

The only payment method we provide is online. You can choose from our different online payment methods: PayPal Payment Method or Credit Card.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Currently, we are not available to provide this type of service for regular private transfers. However, it can be provided for circuit transfers.

What information do I need in order to book?
  • Name
  • Flight Number or Cruise Name/Number
  • Airport or Cruise Port
  • Hotel accommodation and where is located
  • Telephone number
  • Valid E-mail

If you don’t know where is located your hotel, please contact us before booking, to make sure you are choosing the right zone.

Can I make a reservation for tomorrow?

We can only confirm reservations made 24 hours before the transfer. For reservations done less than 24 hours before the transfer, we can not give you a guarantee.

Can I change the details once the booking is made?

The transfers and availability are organized according to the given information by the client. It is up to the client to inform Transfers In & Out of any changes. You can change or modify the booking up to 48 hours before your arrival.

How much luggage can I take with me on the transfer?

The standard luggage allowance is 1 hand luggage and 2 suitcases, or holdall per person. If you plan on bringing any over-size luggage, or additional luggage above and beyond what was mentioned above please contact us in advance:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Client:

Reservation can be canceled 12 hours before the transfer service. Please e-mail us at info@transfersinoutdr.com  We will refund you the paid amount minus USD$10 administration fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours for the transfer service, we do not offer any refunds.

Cancellations by Transfers In & Out:

If there is no transfer availability and Transfers In & Out can not offer an alternative transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, you will get the full amount refunded.

Common questions

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

It is extremely important to be at the time set by the customer for pick-up if the trip is a hotel – airport. It is recommended to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight. You must be in the Lobby area of the Hotel to be found by the Driver or Assistant. In case of an airport–hotel trip, it is important that you provide us with the flight number, due to the possibility of changes in the flight arrival time. So keep us abreast of the arrival time. Likewise, you can provide us with an estimated airport pick-up time.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If upon arrival you do not see an assistant with your name on a sign, it is important that you contact us at +1 (809) 674 2167 or +1 (809) 871 2227 to assist you.

How long will the transfer take?

The travel time of each transfer is according to the place of pickup and drop-off. Sometimes there are cases of heavy traffic that can delay arrival. It is recommended to be two hours before departure time that if the transfer drop-off is a cruise port or airport. Use Google Maps as an assistant to determine travel time.

Child and Baby seats?

We provide Child and Baby seats in our private transfers. However, these have a fee of USD$8 per unit.
